Are you ready to inspire the engineers of tomorrow DNCG are looking to recruit a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle to join our dynamic team at Doncaster College.
What were looking for:
- Level 3 in Motor Vehicle
- Demonstratable industry experience and knowledge
- Maths & English GCSEs (C/4 or above)
- A maintained subject knowledge on industry developments and links with the sector.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning and working environment.
What youll be doing:
- Delivering a high-quality teaching and learning experience to a cohort of engineering students.
- Implementing new technologies into programmes of study
- Building relationships both across group and externally with industry partners to further enhance the teaching experience and encourage progression into industry
- Integrating functional skills into lessons.
- Managing student behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
We are looking to diversify the experience of our DNCG teaching team we value both industry and academic experience did you know that you could work as a Lecturer while being supported through your teaching qualifications Making the transition from industry to education is a seamless transition and something that we can support you with we offer a Lets teach programme Trade to teach and mentor support with a reduced timetable.
