Reporting to the Manager Architecture & Innovation NHVR is looking for a seasoned and experienced Enterprise Architect who will proactively guide the enterprise through transformation and optimisation initiatives driving and supporting the formulation of future strategy.
This role will build the EA value proposition by determining the relationship between people processes data technology and other components of the enterprise and their relationships to one another and to the external environment.
Key responsibilities of this role are:
- Translate and execute business strategy to achieve the organizations targeted business outcomes by leading the development of an implementation roadmap for the enterprise architecture.
- Conduct discovery make recommendations and facilitate decision making prioritisation and trade-offs driving targeted outcomes for modern regulation.
- Develop and evolve Enterprise Architecture aligning to the needs of the NHVR with appropriate and effective governance for decision-making and compliance of technology solutions.
- Support teammates with the critical skills competencies and behavioural standards needed to support architecture practices and business outcomes.
- Facilitate interaction with business leaders product managers and product owners in a business-driven conversation over the risks and implications of the product decision to the line of business business unit and greater enterprise.
- Leads analysis of the business future-state capabilities and future (and current) IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement to drive the business toward its targeted outcomes.
- Develop gap analyses and/or IT investment roadmaps that reflect the status of the existing IT landscape with transition states to ensure its ability to contribute to future-state business capabilities around ecosystems and digital platforms.
About You
- Advanced degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related fields highly preferred.
- Ten or more years of business experience in strategic and operations planning and/or business analysis.
- Ten or more years of experience in multiple architecture disciplines.
- Experience with establishing and embedding Enterprise Architecture capability.
Strong influencing and leadership skills excellent interpersonal skills will come naturally to you. Your knowledge of business ecosystems SaaS IaaS PaaS SOA APIs open data microservices event-driven IT and predictive analytics are all essential skills to operate in our environment. Your familiarity with business operating and financial models and expertise with information management practices SDLC and IT services management various methodologies and EA and ITIL frameworks will be your pathway to success.
