Strykers Surgical Technologies division delivers cutting-edge solutions that enhance surgical precision efficiency and safety across a broad range of procedures. This includes our industry-leading equipment in surgical visualization operating room integration surgical suction and smoke evacuation and powered surgical instruments.
As Product Manager Surgical Technologies you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that drive market share growth increase profitability and support long-term business sustainability. You will be a key force behind Strykers continued leadership in surgical innovation across the South Pacific region.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for new and existing surgical productscovering pricing strategies promotional campaigns and lifecycle management
Identify and seize market opportunities through robust data analysis competitor monitoring and customer insights
Plan and lead educational initiatives such as workshops roadshows and in-theatre training for surgeons and hospital staff promoting safety and innovation
Support the sales force with technical expertise product training commercial tools and market intelligence
Collaborate with internal teams including regulatory operations and global marketing to ensure efficient product delivery and registration processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders surgeons procurement teams and hospital executives
Lead the development of business proposals and tender submissions leveraging visual data analytics and digital marketing channels
What You Will Need
Proven success in product management including launching new products and managing complex portfolios
Strong leadership communication presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated analytical capabilities and ability to translate technical and clinical data into actionable strategies
A degree in marketing biomedical sciences engineering or a related field
High level of computer literacy including digital marketing data visualization and CRM systems
