Job Description
Position Title: Regional Manager (Middletown)
Reports To: Senior Vice President
Qualifications:
Minimum of eight years experience supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities
Developmental Disabilities Autism and Acquired Brain Injury.
At least five years of supervisory experience.
Strong independent assessment observation and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with CT DDS and CT ABI policies procedures and regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal skills across various settings with demonstrated ability to effectively
manage people.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to exercise discretion work independently and handle tasks with general supervision.
Flexibility and a positive attitude.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Minimal lifting of office-related equipment or supplies may be required.
Must be able to communicate clearly and manage multiple job demands in a busy environment.
May be required to operate Agency vehicles and transport consumers in a personal vehicle.
Occasionally may need to lift or restrain consumers and could be exposed to risks from
individuals with physically aggressive behavior.
Salary: $50000/annually / Schedule: Full-time exempt/ 5 days per week
Job Goal:
To ensure that all assigned program services are delivered effectively by supervising scheduling and
monitoring staff; enforcing standards policies and procedures; and maintaining a consistent
management presence in the Middletown offices.
