Raw Materials Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Hattiesburg MS 39401
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Raw Materials Warehouse Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the receiving storing and distribution of raw materials in our warehouse facility. You will work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming raw materials and verify accuracy of shipments
- Organize and store materials in designated locations within the warehouse
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve any issues
- Prepare materials for production by pulling and staging items as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or inventory management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
