Job Description
Park Avenue Group is proud to partner with a growing $1.1B Florida-based regional bank in the search for a Market Manager to lead branch operations drive business development and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all branch sales service and operational functions
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow deposits and loans
- Build strong community and client relationships through outreach and networking
- Coach and supervise branch staff overseeing performance and training
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
- Collaborate with internal partners to refer clients to wealth trust and commercial services
- Monitor branch performance budget and compliance with policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field
- 7 years of branch management experience with strong business development skills
- Proven leadership and communication abilities
- Strong understanding of branch operations compliance and product knowledge
- Established network and ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs)
