We are looking to bring a Pre-Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) into our Colorado team. Job Description:
As a Pre-Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at our center you will:
- Participate in individual and group therapy sessions under the guidance of licensed professionals addressing a range of mental health issues.
- Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans based on clinical theories and knowledge under supervision.
- Collaborate with a team of seasoned mental health professionals to provide holistic care to clients.
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records in adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development to remain informed about current best practices and advancements in the field.
- Receive direct weekly supervision that supports your path to licensure and enhances your counseling skills.
Qualifications:
- Enrollment in or completion of a Masters program in counseling or a related field leading toward LPCC licensure.
- Registered as a pre-licensed LPCC in Colorado.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth.
