Description
Patrician Brothers College is a Years 7-12 boys Catholic school located at Blacktown (walking distance to Westpoint and the railway station). The Principal is seeking to appoint an energetic professional and committed person to assist the administrative team.
Criteria
The successful applicant will preferably have secondary school experience and must be skilled in ICT and various software applications. Duties will be varied but include general typing data entry reception duties and the ability to deal with sensitive issues with confidentiality. The successful applicant will have excellent oral and written communication skills and sound organisational and time management skills. Ability to use a range of programs (or the capacity to learn) including: Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Publisher Google Apps COMPASS (a student database used across all Parramatta Diocesan schools).
It would ideally suit someone who enjoys a challenge can multi-task and is adept at balancing competing demands and priorities.
