About the Role:
Our client is looking for a performance-driven HubSpot Email Marketer to lead and optimize their email marketing program. This role is responsible for the strategy and ongoing optimization of all email initiatives. Youll own everything from automated workflows to campaign management and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Build test and deploy email campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot

Write and send valuable content including newsletters case studies reports and more

Manage and optimize email nurture flows behavioral triggers and lifecycle journeys

Define and implement segmentation strategies for personalized messaging

Create responsive branded and conversion-focused email templates

Track and report on key metrics (open rates click-through rates conversions deliverability)

Run A/B tests across subject lines content send times and design layouts

Collaborate with design content and growth teams to align email efforts with larger initiatives

Maintain clean and compliant subscriber lists managing opt-ins and GDPR requirements

Stay up to date with email marketing best practices and HubSpot feature updates
Requirements:

3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot email marketing (campaigns and automation)

Strong understanding of email marketing strategy list management and compliance

Experience running A/B tests and analyzing performance data

Strong instincts for email copy and messaging that converts

Proficient with HubSpot reporting and analytics tools

Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for formatting email templates
