Omnisent is pioneering scalable acoustic sensing powered by AI transforming audio into real-time intelligence.
We build hardware software tailored for acoustic data designed to extract insights from complex acoustic signals. Our proprietary ultra-low-power sonic devices capture and process acoustic signals in real-time training what we call a Large Acoustic Model (LAM) our foundation model built to decode the rich messy and untapped world of non-speech audio.
Were starting with the manufacturing industry applying our tech to compressed air systems one of the most overlooked sources of energy waste. From there were expanding into energy defense space and smart cities sectors where sound is the next frontier.
Tasks
- Collaborate Directly with the Founding Team: Work closely with the founding team (ex-Cambridge ex-Imperial engineering team) gaining a front-row seat to strategic decision-making in a deep tech startup.
- Shape the Future of Acoustic AI: Take the lead on high-impact business initiatives from market expansion to operational optimization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced constantly evolving environment.
- Drive Strategic Partnerships: Develop and strengthen relationships with key industry partners and directly impact Omnisents growth trajectory and market presence.
- Own High-Impact Work Streams: Take full ownership of critical projects. Define your path solve complex challenges and drive initiatives that directly contribute to the companys success.
- Innovate Execute and Scale: Be ready to wear multiple hats spotting growth opportunities optimizing processes and executing on big ideas with a hands-on approach.
Requirements
- Experience in High Impact Fast Paced Environments: You have 2 years of experience in a strategic or operations-focused role where youve driven outcomes and taken ownership ideally in a fast growing startup a high performance tech company or a top tier consulting firm.
- Technical Curiosity and Business Acumen: A genuine interest in emerging technologies coupled with a strategic mindset. Experience in the technology sector is a strong plus and a technical background is beneficial but not required.
- Resourceful and Independent: Comfortable managing complex projects adapting quickly and creatively solving problems.
- Strategic and Hands-On: Capable of moving seamlessly between high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution.
- Fluent in German and English: Professional fluency in both languages for seamless communication with partners and clients.
