Job Description
- Manage and maintain company servers networks and cloud services.
- Install configure and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Ensure proper functioning of email servers file servers and databases.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data.
- Monitor and maintain firewall antivirus and backup systems.
- Conduct security audits and implement necessary safeguards.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Assist in training staff on IT tools and systems.
- Perform regular system updates patches and backups. Monitor network and system performance optimizing as needed.
- Installs and tests computers and related network hardware in a LAN/WAN environment
- Develop and execute disaster recovery plans.
- Procure and configure hardware (computers printers network devices).
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Maintain and manage CCTV systems.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic certifications (e.g. CompTIA A CCNA) are an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving IT issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
