Technical Leadership
Multi-Stack Engineering
Drive excellence across web mobile and digital platforms using modern
frameworks and technologies
Oversee digital experience design implementation and workflow orchestration
capabilities
Lead headless CMS implementations and architecture decisions
Champion AI-enabled engineering practices using cutting-edge tools like
Figma V0 Cursor LangChain and Bolt
Engineering Excellence
Establish and maintain rigorous code quality standards and coverage metrics
Define custom practice architecture guidelines and technical documentation
standards
Implement automated testing frameworks and continuous integration
practices
Drive quality-driven development (QDD) practices throughout the SDLC
Operational Excellence
Global Delivery Model
Establish follow-the-sun delivery methodology ensuring 24/7 operations
Maintain 30 working day overlap with US EST time zone
Orchestrate seamless handoffs between global teams
Drive collaboration across distributed teams using modern tools and practices
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a diverse team of 200 engineers across technical domains
Build high-performing engineering teams through recruitment training and
retention
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Enable knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration
Cultural Leadership
Transparency and Communication
Foster a culture of oversharing and transparent communication
Implement highly rigorous and transparent leadership methodologies
Drive clear communication channels across global teams
Establish documentation standards and knowledge sharing practices

Champion engineering best practices and quality standards
Drive innovation in technical practices and tools
Implement metrics and KPIs for measuring success

Travel and Requirements
Location and Travel
India-based position with ability to maintain US EST overlap
Regular travel to European hubs (London/Paris/Madrid)
Optional travel to US locations
Valid visas required for essential business locations
Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of multi-stack digital engineering capabilities
Strong knowledge of AI-enabled engineering tools and platforms
Experience with workflow orchestration and headless CMS systems
Proven track record in establishing engineering standards and practices
