- Full-time 9-6 EST Monday to Friday but with some flexibility. Will need some additional (10) hours during tax season Mid mid-March to the end of April.

- Provide comprehensive administrative support across diverse business functions and departments
- Master and optimize workflows using iFirm and HubDoc software systems
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements based on your professional experience
- Handle varied administrative tasks across different areas of the business with minimal supervision
- Support critical back-office operations and administrative workflows
- Contribute strategic insights to help develop and optimize business processes
- Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining independence in your role
Requirements
- Extensive administrative experience with demonstrated senior-level capabilities
- Familiarity with iFirm and HubDoc software platforms (or ability to quickly master new systems)
- Proven track record of proactive thinking and successful process improvement initiatives
- Strong organizational skills and natural ability to optimize workflows and procedures
- Experience managing diverse administrative functions across multiple business areas
