Job Description

This is a remote position.


Schedule:

  • Full-time 9-6 EST Monday to Friday but with some flexibility. Will need some additional (10) hours during tax season Mid mid-March to the end of April.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across diverse business functions and departments
  • Master and optimize workflows using iFirm and HubDoc software systems
  • Proactively identify and recommend process improvements based on your professional experience
  • Handle varied administrative tasks across different areas of the business with minimal supervision
  • Support critical back-office operations and administrative workflows
  • Contribute strategic insights to help develop and optimize business processes
  • Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining independence in your role


Requirements


  • Extensive administrative experience with demonstrated senior-level capabilities
  • Familiarity with iFirm and HubDoc software platforms (or ability to quickly master new systems)
  • Proven track record of proactive thinking and successful process improvement initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills and natural ability to optimize workflows and procedures
  • Experience managing diverse administrative functions across multiple business areas
  • Exceptional ability to work independently take initiative and drive results
  • Strategic mindset with focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and remote work environment

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an Independent Contractor arrangement the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
