Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm California USA
- Client timezone: Pacific Time

Job Summary:
We re seeking a motivated Cold Caller/Sales Agent to generate leads and support our sales funnel through high-volume outbound calls. The role involves identifying potential sellers nurturing leads via CRM systems and positioning our services as a valuable real estate resource. This is a part time remote role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and experience in real estate or U.S.-based cold calling.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling and prospecting using Mojo dialer system
- Make high-volume outbound calls to generate leads for the sales funnel
- Focus primarily on targeting potential sellers in the real estate market
- Manage leads through CRM and Follow Up Boss systems
- Conduct follow-up calls with prospects as part of ongoing nurturing strategy
- Position the realtor as a valuable real estate resource rather than pushing for immediate appointments
- Provide value and service to prospects during initial conversations
- Track and report on call activities and lead generation metrics
Requirements
- Real estate industry experience strongly preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills with clear professional phone presence
- Proven ability to convert phone pickups into qualified leads
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management platforms
- Ability to build rapport and provide value during cold conversations
