Job Description
Lumino Symes de Silva is seeking a Practice Manager to join our close-knit team!
Our practice is made up of experienced clinicians and support staff all working together to provide the highest quality patient care.
Managing our busy 8-surgery practice located on level one of Symes de Silva House the days/hours of the Practice Manager role are:
- Monday Friday: 7.30am 4.30pm
Were looking for a candidate with strong business acumen and proven people leadership skills someone who can inspire empower and guide the team to thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-supported role and make a meaningful contribution to a passionate and collaborative team.
Qualifications :
To step into this opportunity we are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader or Manager (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential)
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to give and receive feedback
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clients
- The ability to work well under pressure to multi-task and be flexible
- An understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets sales targets utilisation and profit & loss statements
- Confidence with and the aptitude to learn new technology
