Job Description
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead integration solution design & architecture ensuring scalable secure and efficient implementations.
- Develop and maintain high-performance APIs and middleware using Java Kafka and cloud technologies.
- Establish and enforce coding standards CI/CD automation and integration best practices.
- Provide mentorship & technical guidance fostering innovation and excellence across the team.
- Oversee the development of containerized applications leveraging Docker Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Drive observability & monitoring optimizing performance with tools like New Relic Kibana.
- Collaborate with architects business stakeholders and developers to deliver integration solutions aligned with business goals.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- 10 years of experience in software development & integration architecture.
- Expertise in Kafka Azure API Management microservices Terraform and cloud-based integration platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot 3 API security and backstage integration templates.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with data governance tools like Snowflake (nice to have).
- Effective leadership mentoring and collaboration skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and innovation
