Job Description
Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for a strategic role in shaping the future of sustainable transport and supply chain solutions Join Vattenfalls Procurement for Customer and Energy Solutions procurement team and become a key player in driving the transition to fossil freedom.
You will play a key role in shaping the future of e-mobility by driving sourcing strategies for charging infrastructure as well as for related hardware logistics installation operations and maintenance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple business units and contribute to building a smart cost-efficient and sustainable supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for EVSE hardware related services (installation O&M) and other components of the e-mobility supply chain including logistics and infrastructure solutions.
- Establishment of contracts in close collaboration with Legal department and other stakeholders including contract management
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in complex supplier negotiations contract development and supplier relationship management ensuring equalitable treatment and strategic partnerships.
- Initiate and drive high-impact continuous improvement initiatives to reduce environmental impact enhance energy efficiency and promote circular economy principles within the supply chain.
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance on procurement policies and practices ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Support the broader team procurement portfolio; including e.g. solar energy storage and hydrogen depending on team priorities and workload.
Qualifications :

You are open-minded and adaptable with a genuine interest in contributing across different areas and supporting the broader team goals. Your collaborative approach and strong communication skills help you build trust and foster effective partnerships across functions and markets.
You can recognize yourself in the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or category management. Experience in sourcing and supply chain activities documented track record of creating value and save cost across the supply chain
- Masters degree in business administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Solid procurement toolbox and strong methodological skills ability to prioritize and to structure in order to cope with complex environment and scopes.
- Technological understanding of e-mobility and familiarity with ABT/FIDIC contracts for large CAPEX procurement initiatives is considered an advantage.
- A high professional level of Swedish and English is crucial.
