Get to Know the Role
Reporting to the Regional Head of Managed Enterprise Business you will use your experience in the QSR/F&B industry and negotiation skills to enhance partnerships with large multinational merchants. Your leadership will drive regional growth that positively influences local markets. You are prepared to lead a team in achieving business plans and creating measurable impact across our strategic regional partners.
You will work onsite at Grab Malaysias office located at PJ.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will manage and grow relationships with Grabs largest regional QSR and F&B partners developing long-term partnerships aligned with joint business plans.
- You will build and execute data-driven comprehensive account plans that demonstrate your deep understanding of partner businesses while aiming to unlock their full potential with Grab.
- You will act as a key regional liaison working closely with your portfolio of merchants while supporting local market teams to ensure coordinated and scalable strategies across Grabs eight markets.
- You will incubate and develop relationships with emerging strategic regional accounts ensuring sustainable growth and preparing the team for the next generation of partnerships.
- You will collaborate across functionsOperations Product Marketingto coordinate initiatives that align business growth opportunities with partner needs and Grabs ecosystem strategy.
- You will ensure the consistent progress and reporting of joint business plans integrating innovative approaches to ensure alignment with Grabs strategic priorities and new product opportunities.
- You will lead regional initiatives that involve scaling problem-solving and supporting country teams to drive strategic objectives across partner engagements effectively.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 7- 10 years of relevant experience in dealing with a major brand(s) with proven experience negotiating contract terms and implementing collaborations in the QSR/F&B industry ensuring value for partnerships.
- Strong partnership development and leadership experience relevant for managing partnerships with major brands.
- Ability to adapt strategic thinking into actionable plans and negotiations benefiting Grabs business strategies.
- Capabilities in building trust through interpersonal and consultative selling skills necessary for cross-functional coordination to execute deals.
- Experience in SE Asian markets providing insight into regional business dynamics and cultural considerations.
- Skill in crafting influential presentations that effectively communicate partnership strategies and objectives.
- Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and navigate ambiguity in unstructured environments crucial for responding to evolving business needs.
