The Role:
Do you take pride in precision teamwork and working behind the scenes to make a difference in healthcare Were looking for a dedicated Pack Ops Technician I -Temp to join our Custom Pack Operations team and help assemble high-quality surgical packs used in life-saving procedures every day!
The Hours:
- This position is a Full-time temporary role
- Monday Friday 6:00AM to 2:30PM additional hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble wrap and pouch custom surgical packs using detailed maps and quality checks
- Maintain a clean sterile and organized production environment
- Inspect and count components to ensure safety and accuracy
- Participate in team huddles continuous improvement efforts and process enhancements
- Keep equipment and work areas safe sanitized and compliant

Qualifications
What Youll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of assembly/packing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
- Ability to lift 3550 lbs and work on your feet in a fast-paced setting
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn
