Job Description
EXECUTION
The coordinator is responsible for creating the execution plan for the region and its development throughout the quarter achieved through store-by-store negotiations. They will also need to engage the DP (Distribution Partner) team and the third-party merchandising agency in maintaining the execution levers.
PARTNERSHIP
Acting as the point of contact to facilitate negotiations and implement strategic plans for the retail chains.
TRAINING
Striker is in charge of training the merchandise team in the concepts of Perfect Store and execution negotiation. Training will take place through monthly meetings and coaching routes.
