The Position:
- Assisting with day-to-day operations across our outlets with the focus on the well renowned Garden Restaurant & Tea Rooms
- Solid understanding of allergens and food safety
- Delivering a positive dining experience for guests
- Taking orders efficiently delivering food and drinks to specifications
- Follow our onsite guidelines and customer journey
- Deliver exceptional prompt and friendly service
- Lead from the front contributing to a fun and energetic working environment
- Consistently follow safety guidelines when performing tasks or using equipment reporting all hazards near misses or accidents to appropriate personnel
The Person:
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Demonstrated previous experience in a similar restaurant environment
- Good knowledge of Melbourne food and beverage scene
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance with attention to detail
- Safely can-do attitude
