What Youll Be Up To:
- Running the payroll show (bi-weekly) using ADP Workforce Nowaccurate timely and stress-free.
- Supporting your HR team with insightful reports on attendance turnover recruitment and more.
- Keeping our HRIS systems (hello BambooHR ADP!) spotless and up-to-date.
- Juggling calendars scheduling meetings and crafting polished comms like the admin ace you are.
- Helping us find and track top talent across job boards and platforms.
- Guarding sensitive info like a vaultbecause confidentiality is your middle name.
What You Bring:
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now HR platforms like BambooHR.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new tools fast.
- You take initiative communicate clearly and know how to keep things moving.
- A strong sense of discretion professionalism and good judgment.
