Job Description
Job Title: Project Coordinator / UAT Support Analyst
Location: Tallahassee FL (50% onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
Provide logistical and coordination support for UAT execution across multiple agencies involved in ERP integration. Facilitate documentation follow-up and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist UAT leads in scheduling documentation and coordination across testing cycles.
- Track progress of test case execution and manage communications with system owners.
- Document issues risks and status updates for UAT phases.
- Maintain alignment with project timelines and agency-specific testing requirements.
- Support centralized issue and defect tracking in JIRA or equivalent tools.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 5 years of experience supporting UAT or project coordination in a public sector IT setting.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed documentation and facilitating cross-agency communication.
- Familiarity with QA/testing tools and reporting systems.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships concurrently.
