GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Sr. Manager is pivotal in providing strategic direction innovative solutions to ensure the awareness adoption and utilization of IT solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prioritize and manage strategic projects and business partner needs. Identify innovations and efficiencies to continuously improve and advance business/team goals.
  • Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to ensure awareness adoption and utilization of IT solutions. Actively participate on other team workgroups as a thought partner in support of IT/LLD.
  • Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned lanes/team
  • Manage all teammate employment activities such as hiring promoting job performance evaluations coaching/mentoring and disciplinary actions with appropriate approvals as required.
  • Full responsibility of the budgetary/fiscal oversight for the team/lanes
  • Other duties as assigned.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE EDUCATION TRAINING OR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in related concentration
  • Minimum of six (6) years experience in adult learning theory and instruction
  • Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated project management and leadership experience
  • Minimum of six (6) years experience in training delivery/development
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Word Excel PowerPoint Project and Outlook required; as well as virtual training tools and Internet search engines

Salary/ Wage Range

$91000.00-$133700.00 / year

If a candidate is hired they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64350.00/year Nassau Suffolk and Westchester counties: $64350.00/year Remainder of New York state: $60405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour Nassau Suffolk and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour Burien: $21.16/hour Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour Renton: $20.90/hour Seattle: $20.76/hour Tukwila: $21.10/hour Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
