Key Responsibilities:
Drive Customer Excellence:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers ensuring a customer-centric approach across all business functions.
Lead and Inspire Teams:
Provide strong leadership mentoring and development opportunities to teams fostering a high-performance collaborative culture.
Sales Leadership:
Lead technical sales initiatives developing strategic plans to drive growth in new and existing markets and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Business Innovation:
Identify and implement innovative business strategies that create competitive advantage and deliver tangible value to customers.
Change Management:
Drive transformational initiatives to make KONE easier to work with and work for championing continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Vision Building:
Define and communicate a clear compelling vision for the future ensuring alignment across departments and motivating teams toward shared goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (e.g. Service Installation HR Finance) to ensure a seamless customer and employee experience.
Market Insights & Strategy:
Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and long-term business planning.
Performance Management:
Set clear KPIs monitor performance and take corrective actions to ensure consistent achievement of business targets.
Compliance & Ethics:
Uphold KONEs core values ensuring adherence to ethical standards compliance policies and safety regulations in all business activities
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in sales leadership ideally within service-based or technical industries
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
Passion for digital innovation and customer-centric solutions
Ability to lead inspire and develop teams in a fast-changing environment
