Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a flexible and engaging opportunity Our client a reputable and growing group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage full-cycle bookkeeping tax preparation and financial reporting for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities for the Job:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Assist with tax preparation and compliance
• Handle CPA firm administration tasks
• Prepare financial reports and reconciliations
• Work closely with clients ensuring accurate and timely financial data

Experience & Attributes for Success:

• 3 - 5 years of bookkeeping experience preferably with a CPA firm
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Certification is an asset
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and tax preparation
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Collaborative and positive demeanor
