If you love balancing your clerical and administration talents with meeting new people you will love a Clerical Assistant role with Resthavens NorthernCommunity Servicesteam located at Elizabeth.
This is a full-time fixed term position (12 month contract).This diverse and fast paced role encompasses responsibilities including maintaining financial accounts visitor management and reception duties.
Your sensitivity in answering enquiries from staff and Clients brings real personal satisfaction when you see the smile on their face or hear the gratitude in their voice.

Essential Criteria
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Word and Outlook at an intermediate level
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience handling cash
- Have a warm engaging professional approach to meeting the needs of ourclients
- Ability to work without direct supervision to complete duties and achieve deadlines
- Financial/accounts background (desirable)
