This highly respected builder is a boutique business renowned for building custom architectural homes in some of Brisbanes prestige suburbs. With a strategic vision to remain a small business that prides itself on customer service and quality delivery this business has all the cutting edge systems across document control cost-reporting and safety.
Repeat business is continual as well as referrals with the company building multiple homes in prestige streets purely based on word of mouth. Builds range from $500K to $10M .
There is the opportunity to start a new $3M new-build in one of Brisbanes southside and get the satisfaction of running start to finish.
Build Quality and delivering on expectations are paramount with foreman only responsible for 3-4 builds concurrently allowing the foreman to spend adequate time on each project and not be spread too thin across multiple projects.
With mentoring in place from an experienced Construction Manager this is also a rare opportunity to further develop your skills in a supportive environment. Working as part of a team of 4 foreman there is also opportunities to be involved in future multi-residential projects including townhouse and apartment construction into next year
Suitable candidates with be licensed site supervisors with an eye for detail and the desire to deliver a quality product on time.
