We are seeking a talented individual to join our Underwriting team at Torrent. This role will be remote allowing you to work from anywhere. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in applying complex National Flood Insurance Program rules and regulations to individual flood insurance policies while collaborating with internal teams to enhance underwriting processes.
We will count on you to:
- Apply complex National Flood Insurance Program rules and regulations to individual flood insurance policies.
- Consistently implement Standard Operating Procedures to ensure regular positive performance.
- Review and analyze flood insurance applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve underwriting issues and improve processes.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in underwriting (5 Years) specifically with flood insurance policies (2Years).
- Strong understanding of National Flood Insurance Program regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
