- Actual Pay depends on experience certifications skills test and skill level.
- Builds positive relationships with customers and team
- Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Installer/Changeout Helpers on proper skills and training of HVAC changeouts and installation jobs
- Works under minimum supervision to changeout and install HVAC equipment in customers home
- Completes required paperwork in a timely manner
- Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools
- Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
- Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
- Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor
- 2 years in residential/Commercial HVAC SERVICE
- EPA and RMGA certification required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills
- Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
- Experienced with pressure sensors humidity sensors rooftop units make-up air units differential pressure devices variable frequency drives and air handler units.
- Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming polices. For the safety and respect of our customers GUNTHERS is a SMOKE-FREE environment.
- Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record
