Finance Business Partner

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to facilitate interactions provide guidance and instructions manage escalation topics and resolve issues between local operations and the Business Service Center (BSC) team. Manage Q&A from Operations for all escalated queries related to services delivered by BSC and co-ordinate with BSC to get the solution and have that delivered to the Operations within agreed/ informed timeline;Provide information/ data/ clarification when required by BSC to solve / close queries or when received locally

• Lead the statutory and tax reporting ( individual and consolidated reporting/CMF) of all Tunisia entities and ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards.

• Take ownership of the closing process streamlining lead the group financial reporting with the right quality and on-time and Take ownership of financial closing and accounting controls.

• Lead the external and internal audit assignments

• Act as an owner of the local specific knowledge (local business local regulations local policy...)

• Be the country responsible for accounting activities remaining locally (e.g: physical inventory organization and monitoring fixed assets review Income tax Statutory accounting Manage archiving of physical documents when applicable Manage the relationship with local authorities / administrations...)

• Oversee the annual statutory financial audit applicable tax audits and other financial audits

• Supervise the local finance team and optimize the companys financial structure and organization to support the business.

• Work closely with COEs (Treasury Tax and Internal Control) to ensure proper follow-up Group and regulatory updates and best practices sharing.

• Support the Finance Lead with financial inputs needed for strategic projects and business valuations

• Ensure that company financial systems are robust compliant and support current activities and future growth

• Lead balance sheet reviews and take ownership of balance sheet clearing initiatives.

• Support the Finance Lead and COE Treasury with working capital information

• Provide training counsel and support to the management and finance teams on accounting and tax policies and practices.

Educational requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (essential)

• Professional accounting qualification is preferred (CA CCA or equivalent)

Experience

• Minimum least 10 years post-article in a multinational environment

• Mergers & acquisitions experience including valuations and due diligence

• Implementation of costing methodologies experience

• Ability to handle high levels of pressure high integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance energetic highly motivated an enquiring mind passion for excellence innovation in the pursuit of business growth and success.
