The Opportunity: The Global Head of Cyber Marketing and Services Distribution will lead the marketing strategy and oversee the divisional execution for cyber insurance and cyber services. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in marketing exceptional strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the cyber insurance landscape.
Location: New York City NY Chicago IL Atlanta GA CA-Remote CT-Remote
Work Arrangement: Based on location this role is hybrid where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week or fully remote.
The salary range for this role is between $162000-$303500.
Your New Role
Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy for cyber insurance and cyber services.
Brand Management: Elevate and maintain the products brand presence across all markets ensuring consistency and alignment with our business goals.
Product Marketing: Oversee the development and launch of marketing campaigns to promote cyber insurance products and services.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing comms and cyber teams in the divisions to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Assist divisional teams with execution of cyber marketing and services distribution strategy.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Partnership Management: Foster and manage relationships with key stakeholders partners and industry influencers to enhance market reach and credibility.
Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives and optimize based on performance data.
Cyber Event Sponsorships and Media Opportunities: Oversee and support sponsorships of cyber events as well as media opportunities to promote the brand.
Thought Leadership and Market Presence: Increase market presence through thought leadership media opportunities event conferences and industry awards.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing experience in cyber insurance or related security industry is highly desirable.
Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking leadership and communication skills; proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms; ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Attributes: Innovative results-driven and collaborative mindset; strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package: The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the roles complexity its location and the candidates professional background including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBEs annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual encourage all candidates to apply even if their salary expectations fall outside of this range as we are committed to finding the right fit for our team.
