This is an office only position NOT hybrid or remote.
This position is offered on a Temporary basis with Permanent conversion at 6 months for the right candidate. There is a strong expectation of long-term growth in the company for the right individual.
Pay: $28 - $34 / hr depending on qualifications and experience
Responsibilities:
- HandleAccounts PayableAccounts Receivable including invoice processing and collections
- Work withQuickBooks Enterprisefor daily accounting tasks
- UseMicrosoft Office Suite especiallyExcelandAccess
- Support general office operations and maintain basic IT/computer systems
Qualifications:
- Accounting Degree
- 3-7 years of experience
- QuickBooks experience
- Microsoft Office Products including:
- Excel proficiency
- Access familiarity
- General IT/computer literacy
- Proficiency and engagement with numbers and arithmetic
