Medical Assistant - 8H Days - 3wk Assignment - 2YRS ** 3 WEEK ASSIGNMENT TO COVER A LOA WITH POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION*** Shift Details: 5x8H Days 08:30am - 5:30pm *Facility allows locals at the LOCAL RATE - Please let us know at time of submission if candidate is within 50 miles of the facility* Required Certificates: BLS Years of Experience: 2 Years Unit Accepts First Time Travelers Documentation System: EPIC (Preferred) Patient Age Group: Infants Pediatrics Adolescents Adults Geriatrics Required Skills: Adult Outpatient Clinic Private Physicians Office General/Family Practice 12 Lead ECG Hearing screening Height/Weight Pulse Oximetry Vision testing Vital Signs - Blood Pressure Respirations Temperature Pulse Positioning/Draping Record History/Medications/Allergies Nebulizer Treatments Pap Smear Immunizations Intradermal Intramuscular Capillary Labeling of specimens Throat Urine - UA/Clean Catch Blood Glucose via Glucometer Pregnancy Strep Urine Dipstick/Urinalysis Administration of Medications Administration of TB Test Aseptic Technique Ear Lavage Follow up phone calls Rooming Patients Review Lab Tests
