Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: North Vancouver Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Studying project plans and specifications to support execution
  • Preparing detailed estimates and construction schedules
  • Advising field staff on construction procedures and best practices
  • Managing project costing tracking and reporting
  • Establishing and maintaining cost codes
  • Supporting subcontractor coordination and documentation.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in heavy construction projects
  • A degree in Engineering or a diploma in Civil Technology
  • Proficiency in cost control estimating and planning techniques
  • Strong computer skills including Excel AutoCAD and MS Project
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for learning and growing in the marine construction field

Skills/Abilities/Attributes:

  • Project scheduling & planning (MS Project Primavera)
  • Cost estimation & budget tracking
  • Document control & reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Time management and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of construction methods and safety standards

Salary: $70 - $100k per annum
