Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Ability to diagnose & repair all brands of commercial RTUs MUAs and Boilers quickly & efficiently.
- Regularly inspect and maintain HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation. Perform routine cleaning lubrication and parts replacement when necessary to keep systems running smoothly.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC system effectively repair or replace faulty components and ensure all systems are functioning correctly.
- Conduct performance tests and inspections to identify any inefficiencies or malfunctions. Adjust settings and calibrate controls to achieve optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs and address any concerns or questions they may have. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs maintenance procedures and system operation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on HVAC systems. Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities including service reports parts used and time spent on each task.
