Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor
Are you ready to navigate a dynamic and rewarding career in the shipping industry Leeward Group is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing and collaborative team.
Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative youll be the vital link between our operations and our valued customers. Youll play a key part in:
Managing import/export documentation with precision
Preparing booking reports cargo manifests and bills of lading
Handling tariffs rates invoices and Electronic Delivery Orders (EDOs)
Building strong long-term customer relationships
Ensuring regulatory compliance in all documentation processes
Resolving issues swiftly while maintaining service excellence
Your work will directly reflect our commitment to upholding our Service Charter.
What You Bring
Experience in customer service within shipping or logistics
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in industry-standard systems
A collaborative mindset and commitment to team culture
Experience in multimodal will be highly desirable
