Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Field Services Engineer position will model the Netrio mission vision and values each day functioning as a guide for daily accountabilities and responsibilities. This role will concentrate in the areas of maintaining and advising Customer networks per Netrios best practices. This role includes a schedule of up to 75%-100% of onsite work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client-Centric Mindset
- Provide guidance to customers with internal IT on utilizing Netrios tools and provide additional training as needed. Identify customer needs such as equipment security backup cloud options vendor partners and compliance assessments.
Communication
- Deliver clear concise and timely communication to both the team and clients ensuring the effective conveyance of technical information and customer expectations.
Problem-Solving
- Lead recommendations to help customers advance their technology and resolve complex issues ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Time Management
- Prioritize tasks manage reactive visits and balance participation in scheduled meetings with other ongoing responsibilities.
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with Technical Operations and Field Teams to align on client needs and ensure the success of customer-facing operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Required:
- 5 years of technical support/field experience.
- Microsoft Certified Engineer (Azure Security etc.) and additional certifications (CCNA Security).
- Strong troubleshooting communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced networks or internal IT.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs and perform equipment installations.
- Valid Minnesota Drivers License and vehicle insurance.

The pay range for this position is $65000 to $72000 annually and is applicable for candidates who will be working in the following locations Buffalo. This range is subject to adjustment for other geographic work locations. In addition to geographic location Netrio considers education experience internal equity market demands and other qualifying criteria to determine starting salaries.
In addition to compensation benefits Netrio offers a variety of health and welfare benefits based on eligibility including medical and dental insurance term life insurance wellness programs career development and enrollment in our company 401(k) plan with company match.
