Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Designer who combines exceptional design craft with a strategic mindset to elevate creative work across platforms. In this role you will lead the execution of visually impactful designs mentor junior designers and collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and cohesive campaigns. You will push boundaries refine design processes and set the standard for design excellence.
You will
- Lead the development and execution of creative designs that align with client goals and strategies across platforms (digital social print etc.).
- Collaborate with art directors copywriters and other creative team members to deliver cohesive impactful campaigns.
- Translate strategic objectives into visually compelling designs that adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Mentor junior designers providing feedback and guidance to help them refine their craft and grow their confidence.
- Present work to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence incorporating feedback to refine the final product.
- Stay current with design trends tools and technologies and proactively apply them to enhance creative outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously balancing deadlines and priorities without compromising quality.
- Refine and elevate the design process to ensure efficiency and consistency across all design deliverables.
You have
- Advanced English level (At least B2)
- 4 years of design experience with a portfolio showcasing produced work across digital print and social media.
- Mastery of typography layout color theory and composition with exceptional attention to detail.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Proficiency in Figma Adobe XD or Sketch is a must.
- Experience withPowerPoint Keynote and Adobe Acrobat is a bonus.
- Curiosity about experimenting withAI tools and emerging design technologies.
