Part Time Mid-Senior Level Program Integrator

ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering Cybersecurity Solutions Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Mid-Senior Level Program Integrator.

• Agency and acquisition experience; Experience using Agencys Tools: JIRA CMIS FACTS and etc.
• Strong Communication Skills; Participating in working groups/meetings - Support Mission needs and way forward processes/strategy statements documentation and etc.
• Administrative duties (Ad hoc Duties: Meeting Minutes; when Govt unable to attend Actions and etc.)
• Requisition Duties: Complete REQs (PARs BERs ASFs PSCs). Assist Govt Mission with writing SOWs and etc.

• TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired).

PI2 Level:

• Bachelors Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• Eight (8) - years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management contract management and/or financial management and a bachelors degree with a business focus or technical focus is required. In lieu of a degree Project Management Institute PMP certification Contract Manager CPCM certification or DAWIA Level II in any focus area and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years may be substituted.
• Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred.
• In lieu of certification an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years may be substituted.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables slicers and pivot charts.

PI3 Level:

• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management contract management and/or financial management and a Bachelo r s Degree with a business or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree Project Management Institute PMP certification Contract Manager CPCM certification or DAWIA Level III in any focus area and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.
• Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. In lieu of certification an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables slicers and pivot charts.

Many factors can influence final salary including but not limited to relevant prior work experience specific skills and competencies education and certifications. Final salary can also be influenced by a positions geographic location Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates.

The salary Range for this position is:$110k- $150k
