Job Description
The UNR Med Administration and Finance team work to support UNR Meds mission by ensuring efficient operations fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. The team is dedicated to enhancing the academic and professional experience for faculty staff and students while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
In this student worker role youll support the Administration and Finance team by completing various clerical duties answering calls and other duties as assigned. Youll handle a variety of tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone whos detail-oriented organized and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
This role will offer hands-on experience in Administration and Finance processes and projects the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment and the potential for growth and further learning opportunities.

Responsibilities
Assist Administration & Finance with administrative tasks.
Prepare materials for team as needed.
Welcome and assist UNR Med guests.
Manage incoming calls voicemail and parking reservations.
Required Qualifications
Candidate must be enrolled at the University of Nevada Reno
Candidate must be enrolled with a minimum of 6 credits and in good academic standing (eligibility is also contingent on cumulative GPA 2.0 for undergrad 3.0 for graduate)
Customer service orientation with professional demeanor
Record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information is required
Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Schedule
Flexible part-time hours during normal business hours (8:00am 5:00pm)
