Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with Construction Observation & Testing (COT) experience. This role involves scheduling coordinating and reviewing the activities and reports of all COT field personnel. You will also collaborate with clients project managers subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
Salary: $85000 $115000 (Based on relevant experience and education)
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction observation and materials testing
- At least 3 years in a Project Manager role
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is a plus
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus
- Candidates without a degree must have 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience with final report preparation and field/laboratory testing of:
- Soils concrete asphalt aggregates and structural steel
- Certifications preferred: NICET WACEL ICC and/or ACI
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and Internet tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven project coordination ability
- Valid drivers license clean driving record and access to a personal vehicle
