Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner - III
Location: Remote Preference for candidates located in Denver Colorado to support occasional in-person business needs and recruiting events.
Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship Required
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner - III to join our team and support Mission Systems hiring needs. In this role you will have a rewarding opportunity to contribute to an Enterprise-wide digital transformation by sourcing and prescreening top-quality talent. Your work will directly impact the quality of hires through the use of agile recruiting methodologies and strategic sourcing approaches.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and build targeted data-driven sourcing strategies.
Develop and manage proactive talent pipelines focused on diversity and long-term organizational goals.
Engage and convert passive candidates into active prospects through strategic relationship-building.
Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to guide talent acquisition strategies and employer branding.
Source candidates through various platforms including LinkedIn HireEZ Indeed ClearanceJobs Google X-ray Boolean search and niche job boards.
Leverage online communities and social media networks to enhance the visibility of open roles and attract high-quality talent.
Maintain and track sourcing activities in applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems.
Represent the company at recruiting events particularly in the Denver area as needed.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree with 5 years of sourcing experience or 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Proven experience sourcing diverse technical talent across disciplines such as engineering and manufacturing.
Demonstrated success using social media and professional platforms for recruitment outreach and branding.
Strong business acumen with a history of building credibility and effective partnerships with hiring teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience sourcing cleared candidates (Secret Top Secret SCI Full Scope Poly) in the DoD/Aerospace industry.
Background in applying agile recruitment practices.
Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly while supporting multiple teams and evolving business needs.
