The Role...
- Own hiring across all GTM functions; you know the playbook and execute with speed and precision.
- Relentlessly source and engage top-tier diverse talent; you dont post and pray you hunt creatively and strategically.
- Build and nurture a forward-looking talent pipeline; always a step ahead of the hiring plan and ready to deliver.
- Fully own the end-to-end hiring process; no dropped balls no excuses.
- Champion and amplify Synthesias employer brand; internally and externally youre a passionate advocate.
- Continuously raise the bar on candidate experience; every interaction matters and you make it count.
- Act as a strategic hiring partner; helping hiring managers shape what they need and push for quality without compromise.
- Confident Greenhouse power user; you keep processes sharp data clean and enable others to use the system like pros.
About you...
- Track record of hiring top talent in fast-paced high-growth tech environments. You thrive in speed ambiguity and scale
- Obsessive about delivering exceptional candidate experiences. No task is too small to get it right
- Proven ability to own full-cycle hiring across diverse functions. From ICs to leadership you get it done
- Interview with rigor and intent. You know how to assess values behaviors and long-term fit
- Builder mentality. You design hiring processes that scale without waiting for permission
- Relentless and creative sourcer. You dont rely on inbound; you go find the best
- Self-sufficient and proactive. You move fast unblock yourself and dont need hand-holding
- Strong communicator and trusted partner. You keep stakeholders aligned and hold them accountable
- Think critically act decisively. You spot problems early and fix them without drama
- Must be based in Eastern or Central Time Zone and ready to hit the ground running
