This is not about volume its about precision quality and long-term impact.
Youll play a key role in shaping the future of our product organisation by identifying engaging and hiring the people who will help us build resilient scalable software for the hospitality industry. Your work will directly support Mews ability to execute on roadmap-critical initiatives and ensure our teams are staffed thoughtfully and intentionally as we scale.
Youll also contribute to key TA projects focused on raising our standards whether its building a more inclusive hiring process improving interview training or evolving how we tell our story to world-class talent.
Partner with hiring managers and R&D leadership to deeply understand team needs role requirements and long-term hiring goals.
Own full-cycle recruitment across critical Product & Tech roles sourcing engaging assessing and closing top-tier talent.
Take a research-driven approach to sourcing and mapping out niche talent markets. Youll get creative beyond LinkedIn think GitHub thought leadership circles industry events and targeted outreach.
Design structured inclusive hiring processes that mitigate bias and elevate candidate experience.
Share market intelligence and insights to influence hiring strategy and workforce planning.
Build and maintain pipelines of highly qualified talent including underrepresented profiles with a long-term view of talent relationship management.
Participate in projects that elevate our TA function employer branding interviewer calibration tools/process improvements and more.
Support onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new joiners into our R&D teams.
Proven experience hiring within Product Engineering or related technical functions (bonus if youve also supported HR or Finance hiring).
Skilled at sourcing and engaging passive talent with a tailored human approach.
Strong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Passionate about diversity equity and inclusion comfortable building thoughtful structured processes to support it.
Experience working in environments where quality of hire outweighs speed and where long-term impact matters more than short-term volume.
Interest in recruiting operations enablement and process improvement.
