The Senior Manager Visual Merchandising will have overall responsibility for the execution and performance of the visual merchandising function within Afterpay. The overarching objective of the role is to grow usage of Afterpay in-store and you will be responsible for managing and enhancing Afterpays in-store brand presence across a vast network of shop fronts. This role involves working cross-functionally to identify and execute commercial opportunities to grow VM adoption and owning the VM logistics program. Additionally you will own the measurement initiatives to assess the impact of VM programs and effectively allocate resources as well as developing programs of work to incentivise the adoption of Afterpay VM amongst our merchant base.
