To assist us to enable our 2030 strategy weve created a brand-new role in the People Strategy and Capability team for a Senior Manager People Experience. Reporting into the General Manager People Strategy and Capability youll focus on aligning people-related strategies with business goals to optimise our employee experience. Making sure that from the first moment people join us through to when people exit the organisation at all points along the way their experiences will be positive.
Your work will contribute to the delivery of the Group and P&C strategies as you develop and implement an employee experience. Mapping our peoples current experience vs ideal future state experience and implementing a plan to get us there drawing on contemporary and emerging approaches to culture and engagement. Youll embed initiatives that promote a high-performance culture as well as instill a strong sense of belonging and well-being. Youll utilise actionable data and insights and gather employee feedback via SPARK (enterprise engagement survey) to inform interventions relating to employee morale motivation safety and engagement.
Youll be part of an engaged and supportive People Strategy & Capability leadership team that are incredibly passionate and work collaboratively to enrich our peoples experience. A visible role with influence your work will have impact and make a difference in shaping how our people experience their careers at BEN.
This role can be based in Adelaide Bendigo Melbourne or Sydney. We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 60% of your time per week in the office.
