Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Design
- Develop and design IT network and security architectures for on-premise public cloud private cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs challenges and goals and provide expert recommendations and solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and workshops with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
- Include robust security measures to protect client data and systems including firewalls encryption and access controls.
- Assist clients in migrating to and optimizing their use of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams and OneDrive.
- Assist clients in migrating to and optimizing their use of other cloud services including Azure AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
- Create detailed documentation of architectures configurations and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies and proactively recommend improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field preferred.
- Experience:Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT architecture network design and security operations with a focus on multi-environment support.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in network protocols firewall configurations cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) virtualization technologies (VMware Hyper-V) and security tools.
- M365 Expertise:In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams and OneDrive.
- Certifications:Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Azure Solutions Architect Expert Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert CCNP CISSP or similar are highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and troubleshoot complex technical solutions.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Client-Focused:Strong client-facing skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

The pay range for this position is $100000-$125000 annually and is applicable for candidates who will be working in the following locations New York Minnesota. This range is subject to adjustment for other geographic work locations. In addition to geographic location Netrio considers education experience internal equity market demands and other qualifying criteria to determine starting salaries.
