You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailFollowing the further development of our innovative curriculum facilities and resources and increased student demand Mercury College are seeking to appoint a brand-new role Deputy Head of Education.
You will be responsible for supporting the aims and objectives of Mercury College as well as leading on safeguarding for students. Supporting the principal aim - to enable young adults aged 18 to 25 with learning disabilities often in association with autism and complex care needs to develop independence through learning in educational and community environments that offer warmth security and consistency.
You will provide motivational leadership building positive relationships with all colleagues across our Group whilst achieving high standards of professional performance for all colleagues ensuring excellent teaching and ensuring effective training and development.
*Please note this is a term time only role. Any annual leave must be taken during the 12 week college holiday periods.
