Our client a dynamic and growing group in the property management sector is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team full-time contributing to ensuring daily business functions run smoothly and efficiently. This is a permanent full-time role based in St. Johns NL and ideal for a proactive team player with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities for the Job:
  • Provide general administrative support to the office and management team
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and site visits
  • Prepare and distribute memos reports and other correspondence
  • Liaise with contractors vendors and service providers
  • Assist with the management and tracking of invoices and related documentation
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems (both physical and digital)
  • Support property management tasks including tenant communication and service requests
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support daily operations
Experience & Attributes for Success:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and general office technology
  • Experience in property management or construction administration is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused approach
